Beautiful, spacious, lake-facing flat with stunning views managed by Vivien. This light-filled, third-floor apartment is perfect for a short and extended stay in Fonyod. The floor-to-ceiling windows create a spacious feel and fill the apartment with light.

The apartment is situated close to the lake, the free beach is only a 10-minute walk from the property.

The space

You will also have your own, dedicated parking spot inside the gated community and you will have a place to store your bike as well. Air conditioning, heating during the winter months, a fully equipped kitchen, and basic cooking ingredients (i.e. spices, tea, coffee, and more) are provided along with beauty products like shower gel, hair dryer, iron, etc. Fast Wifi and Netflix are also offered.

For those with small children, we can provide a travel cot as well. Of course, towels and linen are also provided but please bring your own beach towels.

All in all, the property is well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay, including books and games suitable for all ages. The location is also perfect for a relaxing holiday or a place to go back to after work.

The magnificent Panoramic Promenade is 10 10-second walk away which offers stunning views over Lake Balaton, Badacsony, and its beauty. An unforgettable sunset and golden hour experience. The local amenities, artisan shops, and cafes, and markets are closely located in Fonyód town centre. You can even hop on a scheduled boat and take a day trip to Badacsony to enjoy its nature and wine offerings.

Suitable for solo adventurers, couples, and small families with a baby for both short holidays and extended stays.

The nearest airport is Hévíz-Balaton Airport, 30 km from the property.

If you need daily flat cleaning, we can arrange it for you. We can also arrange laundry as well but you can also use the washing machine in the apartment. We can also arrange a baby cot, so families with small children (up to 2-years) can also comfortably stay with us.
