Reservation
If you have the option for “Instant Booking”, the dates are reserved right away. If you only have the option for “Request to Book”, we will confirm the booking within 24 hours.
Not all of our apartments and houses have the “Instant Booking” feature enabled. You will see the “Request to Book” option instead.
Yes. You will find the platforms where we advertise on the Home page.
You can pay right away with a debit card or you can also use wire transfer (we will provide you with our bank details). If you use wire transfer, we will hold the dates for you for 24 hours. After that, it will be automatically released if the payment doesn’t arrive.
Just contact us on the phone or in an email with your dates and we will book it for you.
The fees include the payment for your stay and the cleaning fee. We also include the local taxes if applicable in the overall cost.
You can cancel it by logging in to your account or email us and we will do it on your behalf.
You will receive a refund in line with the apartment’s cancellation policy.
At the time of booking.
Your stay
Towels, iron, hair dryer, shower gel, basic cooking ingredients and more. You can find what’s exactly provided in the flat under each individual listing.
Contact us and we will discuss the logistics. You can either come back and collect the items or we can post it to you.
Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you the details and check in information. The check in details are sent out 3 days before arrival (key safe codes, door codes, etc.)

It depends. If we don’t have same day check out on your arrival day, sure you can. Same goes for your departure day. Contact us and we will let you know.
