Please follow the below rules to ensure that everyone has a great time. Please, respect your neighbours and the apartment as well. 🙂

– Strictly no smoking in the flat or anywhere in the building
– You will receive a key and remote control for the car park on your arrival.
– Please leave the key in the key safe and the remote on the kitchen counter when you check out.
– If you check out early, we won’t be able to refund the remaining days of your stay.
– Make sure you close all doors when you are out.
– Only the booked guests are allowed in the apartment. We can provide a baby cot if you let us know in advance.
– No pets!
– If you lose the keys or remote, we will have to charge you for a replacement.
– We cannot take responsibility for accidents or any damage which results from a misuse of furnishing and equipment in the flat.
– The guests are financially responsible for all damage caused by misuse of equipment in the property,
– If you break the house rules, we may ask you to leave the apartment. Depending on the issue, we may report it to the police.
– Please do not take any furnishing, towels, blankets, etc. out of the apartment.
– We do not take responsibility for any valuables in the flat.
– The rental fee includes all bills, duvet, towel and cleaning provisions. If you stay over 7 days, we will provide you with a new set of duvet, sheets and towels plus an apartment cleaning.
– Please put the wet clothes on the air dryer. It can damage the furniture if you hang it on them.
– Please don’t leave any dirty dishes behind.
– To ensure that everyone is happy, please do not be loud between 22h and 08h in the morning. That includes listening to music loudly as well.
